I am writing this with the biggest thank you ever!
I was almost in despair as I had suffered sever headaches for almost 15 months. They never left me as i had them day in and day out, week after week and month after month. Having had an MRI scan and an X-ray on my head and neck (which was all clear) I decided to go and have my eyes tested too!
Everything i tried seem to show up normal, which didn't help as it clearly wasn't, as the headaches were still there. After popping pills for nearly three months I started to loose faith. Then a close friend recommended me to a massage therapist but she was fully booked and felt that my condition was far to complex for her, so she referred me to Simon!
I was extremely fortunate that Simon was able to see me straight away. After the first treatment on my neck, shoulders and back, he found that I had torn and pulled all the muscles in my upper body which of course was causing all the headaches.
After the fourth treatment i was cured! Simon has changed the quality of my life and i will be forever grateful!
Thank you Simon.

Stress Relief Massage
Stress relief massage consists of slower movements to induce a deeper state of relaxation.
It is designed to combat the effects of stress on the body and the mind.
The stress relief massage must be comfortable, so it is important to inform the therapist if there are any painful movements in order for the treatment to be as pleasurable as possible. The effleurage movements mean that strokes are skimmed slightly on the surface area of the body, gradually building to a deeper pressure, but never to an uncomfortable level.
The use of essential oils adds to the experience of a stress relief massage as well as the addition of appropriate music if desired. Although conversation should be limited, communication as to your needs will help with the treatment. The whole body can be massaged or, if preferred, treatment can consist of concentrating on the neck, back and shoulder or as an Indian Head Massage.
